What type of lily would I plant in Minnesota?

I'd like to know if there are certain types of bright colored lilies that would be hardy for zone 3 in Minnesota. I'd also like to know the best time of year to plant the bulb, care for wintering, etc. Thank you very much!

Doug says - that you can plant just about any kind of regularly available bulb in USDA zone 3. Orientals, Asiatics, Tigers, Madonna, are all easily hardy into Z3.
As for caring for them, let me suggest you read the articles on the lily pages of this site - those will get you started. :-)
