Tulip bulbs didn't bloom

I've had my tulip bulbs in my garden for 10 years. I've noticed the ones that haven't bloomed have increased over the years. I dug them up since it is only leaves. Can I replant them in the fall with bulb food or are they not good anymore?

Doug says they should be fine to dig/move/transplant and try to grow out to blooming size. Enjoy the challenge. :-)
