storing plant before fall planting

I recieved a potted Hyacinth plant and would like to plant it outdoors in the fall. What do I do with it in the meantime?

Doug says plant it outdoors now. Let it grow in the garden rather than trying to mess about growing it in the pot. If you're determined to grow it in the pot, then give it full sun, water when the soil becomes dry and feed it once a month. That's it. :-)

When the leaves turn yellow - store the bulb cool and dary until you want to plant it outdoors.
