starting summer bulbs indoors

Doug says "cool and dry" - put them in the crisper of the frig and when the ground thaws - plant them immediately. Let them grow in the ground.
p.s. many of these aren't bulbs - but herbaceous perennials - and treat them the same way. Wherever you bought them - you got them way too early - but it depends on when your ground thaws.
