My lilys flower leaves have fallen off

Doug says welcome to the world of gardening. Once this years flowers have been "done in" by insects, birds, chipmunks, wind, or old age - they're done for this year. You get to wait for next year's crop of flowers.
Keep the leaves growing strongly (they'll regenerate a bit if they were damaged) by adding composted manure or garden compost and you'll be fine for next year.
