My lilys flower leaves have fallen off

My red lilly flowers have fallen off. Due to strong winds. how can i get the flower leaves to come back?

Doug says welcome to the world of gardening. Once this years flowers have been "done in" by insects, birds, chipmunks, wind, or old age - they're done for this year. You get to wait for next year's crop of flowers.

Keep the leaves growing strongly (they'll regenerate a bit if they were damaged) by adding composted manure or garden compost and you'll be fine for next year.
