My name is Doug Green - I had my own specialist plant nursery growing over 1800 varieties of perennials and 6-800 varieties of annuals but I shut it down to write full time when I discovered I liked writing about plants more than I liked digging them in the freezing rain. :-)
One of my 8 book was on flowering bulbs because I really love this class of plants. Hey - any class of plants that will give you color from early spring right through to late fall in the garden is one to pay attention to. I now write online on my various websites and do ebooks to update readers on specific topics.
You can find a wide variety of gardening topics by clicking on the "More Topics" link in the top right hand corner of the page or the search box in the bottom right-hand corner. I hope you find what you're looking for.
If not, you're going to find a variety of Q&A forms scattered through the sites where you can ask questions.
Feel free to sign up for the bulb site updates or the newsletter I send out to readers.
I really hope you find what you're looking for and I can help you have a great garden.
