growing hyacinths from seeds

How, exactly, do I go about growing hyacinths from seeds? I am confused as to what it means to treat the seeds as a perennial.


Doug says that this is a hard-coated seed and if you read the instructions for perennials right here, (note you have two choices for perennials - an indoor and outdoor option - your choice)

Treat the seed exactly that way. :-)
