Luscious lily

by Pat Valentine
(Claremont ON)

I inherited this beautiful lily when I moved house. The previous owner's garden plan was out of date and showed no lily in this spot, so I can't say what it is. I have tried to learn its name but to no avail (just lots of conflicting suggestions), so am simply enjoying it in all its anonymous beauty.
