My elephant ears have all rotted quite a bit on the bulbs. It is too early to plant them outside. How do I save what is left of the bulbs?

Doug says to cut out the rotten areas - dust with sulfur to prevent/kill fungal or bacterial problems. And then store cool and dry (a little sunlight exposure won't hurt to help knock back the bacterial/fungal problems until you're ready to plant.
