acidanthera - do i need to dig out bulbs during winter?

do i need to dig out acidanthera bulbs during winter if I live in northern california, the bay area (climate zone 15-16)?

Doug says probably not. They should be hardy for you in California. But having said that, I'm not a warm-season gardener. I'm basing this answer on the fact that I can get the occasional bulb through the winter here in USDA 4.
